Our mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater McKinney market to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions, help patients define goals and gain insights through personalized care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination, and provide crisis intervention when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy
• Provide personalized, committed care to help patients define goals and gain insights
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
• Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform treatment plans

Requirements

• Active license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas
• Passion for high-quality care
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
• Proficiency in using an EMR system
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Geode prefers therapists with over one year of professional experience in psychotherapy

Pay

Estimated earnings: $75,000.00–$85,000.00
