Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) - Part-Time + Up to $1k Bonus

About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

Requirements

• Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (cost covered by Two Chairs)
• Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions (ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients)
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• At least six months of teletherapy experience
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday
• Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact (option to use an AI-assist tool)

Benefits

• Compensation: Clinical rate of $76/hour (includes mandatory training) and administrative rate of $23/hour (includes late shows/cancellations) for WA residents. Out-of-state clinical rates range between $58.50 - $85/hour. Semi-monthly pay.
• Sign-on Bonus: $500 for 7-12 client hours or $1,000 for 13+ client hours if you start by September 30th.
