Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based therapy to adult and child/adolescent clients.
- Conduct sessions via telemedicine and in‑person formats as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to LifeStance’s clinical standards.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a current New Jersey license.

Pay
Compensation is generous and above market, with unlimited/uncapped earnings potential. Earnings range from $75,000 to $100,000+ annually, based on a productivity‑based compensation model.
