About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy to adults and child/adolescent clients.
• Utilize both telemedicine and in‑person sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical best practices.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Active New Jersey license.

Compensation

Earnings range from $75,000 to $100,000 + annually, based on productivity, plus a sign‑on bonus.
