Description Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Compensation: $47.50 per clinical hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt Schedule: Evening (until 7pm) and/or weekend coverage; flexibility to schedule up to 25 hours of availability within those time frames Location: This is an in person role based out of Alpharetta, GA Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults. This is a part-time, on-site position for evenings (until 7 PM) and/or weekend availability. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GAConduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalitiesActively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goalsComplete timely and compliant clinical documentationMaintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week within a minimum of 35 hours of availabilityPreferred candidates will have multiple days of up to 7pm availabilityParticipate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as requiredAdhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $47.50 per clinical hour; paid bi-weekly401(k) retirement plan with employer matchBilling, credentialing, scheduling, and intake supportFlexible scheduling: Evening (until 7pm) and/or weekend coverage; flexibility to schedule up to 25 hours of availability within those time frames Requirements Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GAMaster’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldStrong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)Ability to provide therapy independentlyComfort using an EHR and telehealth platformsExperience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.Experience in outpatient or group practice settingsPreferred candidates will be able to see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults About Focus Forward Counseling And Consulting Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is a compassionate, client-centered practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
