LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join its Carrollton, TX outpatient practice. The organization’s mission is to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare, delivering high‑quality behavioral healthcare while supporting professional growth and work‑life balance.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Texas.
• Unable to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 2 to 3 days in the office per week.

Pay

• Compensation range $75,000‑$100,000+
