About the role

At Ellie Mental Health, we seek full-time outpatient therapists who are passionate about transforming the culture of mental health care. The ideal candidate will provide thoughtful, creative, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population, conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an engaged team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an average caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Flexible scheduling once productivity expectations are met
  • Sometimes available for evening or weekend sessions to meet client needs
  • If qualified and interested, provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed therapists

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Kansas LCPC, LCMFT, or LSCSW license in good standing
  • Experience providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations
  • Ability to establish healthy therapeutic boundaries
  • Timely documentation habits
  • Experience with EHR systems (Valant is a plus, but training is provided)
