Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LCPC LCMFT or LSCSW
About the role
At Ellie Mental Health, we seek a full-time outpatient therapist who embodies our values of creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. The ideal candidate will provide thoughtful, creative, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population, conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an engaged team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an average caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Flexible scheduling once productivity expectations are met
- Sometimes available for evening or weekend sessions to meet client needs
- If qualified and interested, provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed therapists
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Kansas LCPC, LCMFT, or LSCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with diverse populations
- Ability to establish healthy therapeutic boundaries
- Timely documentation habits
- Experience with EHR systems (Valant is a plus, but training is provided)
