Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Dallas-Fort Worth

Our mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth market to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy, and help patients define goals through personalized, committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention as needed.
Available locations: East Dallas, Lake Highlands, Richardson, Plano, Rockwall, Frisco, Prosper, Midlothian, Sunnyvale, Mansfield, Arlington, Southlake, Las Colinas, SW Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
- Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform treatment plans
Requirements
- Fully licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Texas
- Passion for high-quality care
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
- Proficiency in using an EMR system
- Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions
- Preferred: Over one year of professional experience doing psychotherapy

Pay
Estimated earnings: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
