About the role
Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans to support clients' mental health and resilience. Key responsibilities include actively participating in case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. You will ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization, maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Current or eligible professional license in Washington State

- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients and families
- Effective time management and administrative abilities

Pay
