Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another related behavioral health field
- Missouri clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PLPC, LMSW, or equivalent
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and model appropriate professional boundaries
- Comfort using Microsoft Office 365, electronic health record systems, and other clinical technology
- Preferred experience in couples therapy, marriage and family therapy, family systems, parenting and caregiver support, group therapy, child and adolescent therapy, play therapy, ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, EMDR, DBT, CBT, grief and loss, art, movement, music, or other expressive interventions, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, BIPOC and culturally responsive mental health care, supervisor credentials or interest in future clinical leadership, specialized certifications, and experience developing clinical groups or programs
