LifeStance Health is actively seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our clinical team at our Happy Valley, OR office in the greater Portland, OR area. We are looking for passionate professionals committed to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and pursuing professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
- Provide both in-person and telemedicine-based care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Reside within commutable distance of the Happy Valley clinic
