Responsibilities
- Assess various mental health diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain daily documentation
- Engage in regular case consultations and clinical staff meetings
- Coordinate services with outside providers and internal Ellie providers
- Complete all HIPAA training requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with various populations and age groups in an outpatient setting
- Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
- Credentialed with insurance panels
