We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PMHNP) to join our team.
As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work collaboratively to deliver patient-centered care, addressing the complex mental health needs of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
