The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LPC) will deliver mental health services to patients in a correctional healthcare setting, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health disorders. This role ensures the delivery of evidence-based care, maintains accurate patient records, and collaborates with medical and clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Intake assessments
• Crisis intervention
• Stabilization
• Short‑term focused therapy
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide evidence‑based therapy and counseling
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate with medical and clinical staff for comprehensive care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• 1‑3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional or similar environment
• Experience in direct patient care or administrative support in a regulated environment preferred
• Active CPR/BLS certificate (American Heart Association/American Red Cross approved)

Pay

$41‑$51 per hour (experience‑based)

Full‑time; weekends and two weekdays; days and mid‑day shifts
