Requirements

  • Active licensure as an LPC or LCSW.
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing mental illness.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recovery principles and recovery-focused service systems.
  • Possession of a valid Louisiana Driver’s License and compliance with all necessary state and federal clearances.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
    • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient setting.
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
    • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
