Licensed Mental Health Professional- Family Life Mental Health Clinic (Coon Rapids, MN)

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic alliances and conduct diagnostic and comprehensive assessments.
• Individualize treatment planning and provide daily interventions.
• Communicate professionally through documentation and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• May provide clinical supervision organizationally for those working towards clinical licensure.

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience in providing mental health services to individuals and families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to implement them effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current licensure in Minnesota.

Pay

Salary variable on licensure and qualifications. Licensed Mental Health Professional: $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.

Schedule

Full-Time. Monday-Friday, Regular clinic hours, clinic stays open until 7pm. Schedule includes two evenings per week until clinic closes at 7:00pm. This position may be eligible for some telehealth appointments after completion of introductory period.
