About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in the Yonkers, NY area, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is a hybrid outpatient role requiring 2 days in the office and full-time hours (30+ hours per week), including 2 evenings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in a hybrid outpatient setting
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient care

Pay
Above-market compensation ranging from $72,000 to $110,000, based on a productivity model with a cash-based incentive plan.
