About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in the New Hyde Park, NY area, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is a hybrid outpatient role with 2 days in the office and 2 evenings, full-time (30 hours or more).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telemedicine.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).

Pay
Above-market compensation ranging from $72,000 to $110,000, based on a productivity model with a cash-based incentive plan.
