Licensed Medical Aesthetician

About the Role

Capizzi MD is seeking an experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. We value passion for creating an exceptional patient experience, building lasting relationships, and taking a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to aesthetics. Our aestheticians collaborate with injectors, surgical teams, and fellow aesthetic providers to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments (Sciton BBL Heroic, MOXI, HALO TriBrid, Contour TRL/MicroLaser Peel; Candela GentleMax Pro; Candela PicoWay/Tattoo Removal)
• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including Hydrafacial and medical-grade skincare
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans through strong consultation skills
• Foster relationship-driven, elevated patient experiences
• Contribute to social media platforms as needed
• Support team growth and the continued expansion of the Capizzi MD brand

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or med spa setting
• Hands-on experience with laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments
• Confidence in performing advanced aesthetic treatments, lasers, and Hydrafacial
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
• Polished, relationship-driven approach to patient care
• Comfortable with social media engagement
• Motivated by personal growth and team success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hydrafacial, miraDry, ZO Skin Health, and SkinBetter Science
