Responsibilities
Therapists at LifeStance Health are responsible for providing evidence-based treatment to patients in a variety of settings, including in-person and telehealth appointments.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must be:
- Fully licensed in Michigan
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using digital technology for therapy sessions
