Responsibilities
Therapists at LifeStance Health are responsible for providing evidence-based treatment to patients in a variety of settings, including:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Conducting therapy sessions with patients
- Evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
- Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To be considered for a position as a Therapist at LifeStance Health, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be fully licensed in Michigan
- Have experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Qualifications
While not required, candidates with the following qualifications may be preferred:
- Experience with telehealth services
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Experience working with diverse populations
Skills
