Licensed Master Esthetician and Front Desk Sales Associate

Position Overview

A full-time hybrid position combining Esthetics and Front Desk/Sales at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lehi. Ideal for someone who wants consistent hours while building and maintaining a strong esthetics clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily spa operations
• Educate guests about memberships, services, enhancements, and skincare
• Confidently sell memberships and upgrades
• Help convert new guests into long-term Hand & Stone members
• Deliver professional, results-driven facial services
• Perform thorough consultations and recommend appropriate services
• Provide skincare education and recommend enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
• Build strong relationships that lead to rebooking and repeat clientele
• Actively help grow the esthetics side of the business

Requirements

• Current Utah Master Esthetician license
• Carry your own current professional liability insurance
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable with membership and retail sales
• Ability to work both front desk and treatment-room responsibilities
• Willingness to work approximately one Sunday every six weeks
• Experience with DiamondGlow® and Dermalogica is a strong plus
• Previous receptionist experience is a strong plus
