Whether you call yourself a Master Stylist, a Master Cosmetologist, or an experienced hairdresser, if you have advanced technical skills—such as precision cutting, advanced coloring, or texture services—this role is designed for you. We’re looking for experienced pros who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele and don’t require much hand-holding to succeed. Not quite at that level? That’s okay—we also welcome stylists eager to grow into this stage of their career.

Pay

Top stylists earn $45/hr to $88+/hr; $100k+ is within reach.
Match or exceed your current rates—keep your prices or go higher.
Performance-based pay: service commissions, retail commissions, and tips.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
Experience with advanced techniques: highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
Loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; qualifies for higher commissions).
Professionalism, confidence, and ability to thrive with minimal guidance.
