Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist
About the role
We’re seeking experienced Master Cosmetologists and Stylists who can bring advanced technical skills to our team. This includes precision cutting, advanced coloring, and texture services. We welcome both those at the Master level and those looking to grow into this role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a loyal client base generating $1,300+ per week.
- Provide expert precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
- Offer advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
- Grow your book of business and earn up to $45/hr to $88+/hr.
- Receive opportunities for career growth and recognition, including leadership and education roles.
- Earn $100k+ as a Master Stylist.
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
- Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
- A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred).
- Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.

Pay
