Responsibilities
- Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
- Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
- Follow the “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars

- Active massage license

Pay
- Competitive base rate: $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
- Uncapped commission: $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage
- Tips average 18%–25% of nonmember price; average tip $20–$30 on base service, increasing with upgrades
- Weekly pay with tips paid out same day
- Average total annual compensation $65,000–$88,000 (based on 30 service hours/week)
