Pay

Competitive compensation package with an average total annual earnings range of $65,000 to $88,000 for full-time high-performing Massage Therapists (based on 30 service hours/week).

• Base rate: $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission: $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage
• Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price (typically $20–$30 per service, increasing with upgrades)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow the “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
