Our weekends are some of our busiest and highest-demand days, and we are currently looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who can help us meet that demand. To reward weekend availability, we offer additional Peak Pay for qualifying Saturday and Sunday shifts, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings during our busiest days. Responsibilities Perform exceptional massage therapy servicesConsult with guests before each service to customize treatments based on their needs and health historyDeliver outstanding 50- and 80-minute massage experiencesPerform enhancement services and add-on treatments such as cupping, gua-sha, prenatal, and deep tissueMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment roomBuild a loyal request clientele through exceptional guest care—we provide the guests for you to build a strong followingCollaborate with our leadership team to provide a seamless guest experienceContinue growing your skills through paid training and continuing education opportunities Qualifications Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA)Strong knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue MassageExcellent communication and guest service skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedSaturday and/or Sunday availability strongly preferredSports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, or spa experience is a plus—but not required Compensation Typical earnings: $55–$80+ per service hour (this includes gratuity) Compensation includes: Competitive hourly payAdditional Peak Pay opportunities for qualifying Saturday & Sunday shiftsDaily cash and credit card tipsEnhancement commissionsPerformance incentives Weekend availability gives you the opportunity to earn more while working during some of our highest-demand shifts.
