AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations. The AIRE Experience takes place in restored historical buildings in globally acclaimed cities. With 10 established centers—Toronto, Upper East Side, Tribeca, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes—we are expanding to Los Angeles in 2026. Our Tribeca location, a restored 1883 textile factory, offers an oasis of tranquility designed to balance mind and body through an unforgettable journey of water at different temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned massage services to all clients per company direction while maintaining excellent customer service and client care standards.
• Maintain treatment rooms to company standards.
• Attend regular training and development sessions to stay current on company treatments and procedures.
• Provide the AIRE Experience to all guests and clients.

Requirements

• Currently licensed in New York State (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing massage therapist.
• Must be available for one PM shift and one weekend shift per week.
• Must have at least 3 days of availability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Energetic, engaging, and eager to work.
• Willingness to develop new skills and experiences.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling based on business needs.
• Courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers, and leadership.
• Willing to perform massages and body treatments per company direction and standards (training provided).
