Competitive salary
Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage. Uncapped commission structure of $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price.

Pay
Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.

- Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience

- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
