Licensed Massage Therapist - Evening & Weekend
About the role
and put content. - Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" heading with bullet list. - Qualifications: there is a "QUALIFICATIONS" heading with bullet list. - Benefits: there is a "WHY THE NOW" section listing many benefits. Also earlier "Benefits: Competitive salaryTraining & developmentWellness resourcesOpportunity for advancement". So we have benefits content. - Pay: there is mention of "Competitive compensation featuring generous hourly rates which increase based on experience and performance + TIPS". Also "Referral Bonuses", "Monthly bonus program". So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: there is "This role is for weekday evenings and weekends ONLY." Also "Must be available to work weekday evenings and weekends ONLY, including holidays; no weekday daytime availability is required for this role." Also "Part-Time positions available for weekday evening and weekend shifts." So schedule content. - Skills: maybe not explicit separate; but we could combine with Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Skills if present. There's no explicit Skills heading, but we could infer from qualifications like "Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities." "Excellent guest service skills." "Manual dexterity". Might be considered Skills. But we should only create a Skills section if posting has real specific content for it. There is content about skills, but not under a heading "Skills". However we could still create a Skills section and put that content. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate. It doesn't say we must only use those exact headings if they appear; we can create them if content matches. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can create Skills section if we have skill-related content. We have knowledge of modalities, guest service skills, manual dexterity, etc. So we can include Skills.
- Requirements: maybe similar to Qualifications? There's also "License/certification required in California." etc. That could be Requirements. But we already have Qualifications. Might be overlapping. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have Qualifications covering license, knowledge, etc. And maybe Requirements not needed. However there is also "Physical demands of the job include:" which could be Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Physical Requirements". Not in list. Could be part of Qualifications. We'll keep Qualifications covering license, knowledge, guest service, availability, physical demands.
- Benefits: we have many.
- Pay: we have compensation details.
- Schedule: we have schedule details.
- About the role: we have description.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "JOIN THE WELLNESS REVOLUTION AT THE NOW MASSAGE EMERYVILLE" maybe it's a tagline but could be considered part of About? It's marketing; we can keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. We'll keep.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft sections:
About the role
... content from "About This Unique Opportunity" plus maybe the introductory paragraph before that? The posting starts with "Benefits: Competitive salaryTraining & developmentWellness resourcesOpportunity for advancement JOIN THE WELLNESS REVOLUTION AT THE NOW MASSAGE EMERYVILLE Are you a talented Massage Therapist seeking more than just a job—rather, a wellness career where YOUR wellbeing matters as much as the guests'? At The NOW Massage Emeryville at Bay Street, we're redefining the massage experience with a revolutionary approach: we believe exceptional care begins with exceptionally cared-for therapists. Unlike traditional spas where therapist burnout is common, we've built our entire model around ensuring YOU operate at 100% so you can deliver transformative experiences for our guests. Our zen-inspired sanctuary doesn't just serve clients—it serves you too, with competitive compensation, employee perks, comprehensive benefits for full-time equivalent, and a supportive culture where diversity is celebrated and your healing talents are valued. Join our team where self-care professionals are empowered to thrive, not just survive, in a space where all elements align with nature to create the ultimate therapeutic environment." That's a lot of introductory marketing. We'll include that as part of About the role. Then after that: "About This Unique Opportunity The NOW Massage Emeryville boutique is situated at the bustling lifestyle center–Bay Street Emeryville. This is your chance to be a part of a health and wellness industry-redefining business where the city by the Bay and East Bay intersect. We know that the Massage Therapist positions are central to the success of the boutique. To that end, we have envisioned this role with an eye toward professional growth and development where one could evolve to Lead Massage Therapist for the boutique and beyond that even Regional Lead Massage Therapist as we open additional locations across the Bay Area. This role is for weekday evenings and weekends ONLY." We can incorporate that too. Thus About the role paragraph(s) will combine. Next Responsibilities:
