Responsibilities
- Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
- Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
- Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars

Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.
