Compensation Package
The average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week. The base rate is $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage, with an uncapped commission structure of $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, with credit card tips coming directly to you via our partner, Tippy.
