Compensation

• Earn between $40-$60/hour including tips and enhancements

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals
• Conduct client consultations and assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans that encourage long-term wellness and repeat visits
• Recommend service enhancements when appropriate
• Create exceptional experiences for members and guests during every visit
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Uphold all state regulations, spa policies, and professional standards
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and care

Qualifications

Required

• Active CAMTC Certification
• Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform massage services safely and effectively

Preferred

• Experience in a spa, wellness, chiropractic, or clinical massage setting
• Knowledge of treatment enhancements and multiple massage modalities
