Hand & Stone Alpharetta - Milton Massage and Facial Spa is looking for both full-time and part time massage therapist who specialize in either recovery work or relaxation. Our membership-based model provides recurring guests and strong client demand, allowing you to spend more time helping people and less time worrying about marketing, scheduling, or building a client base from scratch. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced Massage Therapist, we'll provide the tools, education, and support you need to grow a rewarding long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy services
- Create customized treatment plans for guests
- Build lasting client relationships through ongoing care
- Recommend wellness solutions that support client goals
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
What We're Looking For
- Active Massage Therapy License

Pay & Schedule
- $40,000–$65,000 per year
- Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities
- Schedules designed to support work-life balance
- Opportunities to maximize earnings during high-demand shifts
- Earn $300–$400 per shift for full-time
- Additional supplemental pay rates for specialty modalities - Deep Tissue, Oncology, Lymphatic, Prenatal
- Paid Sit-Rate to help you start to build your books
- 10% Product commission with no sale quotas
- Consistent guest demand due to a large membership base
- Additional earning opportunities through enhancements and referrals
