About the role

As a Massage Therapist, you’ll deliver personalized treatment plans, create a welcoming client experience, and uphold our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients. You’ll also participate in ongoing training and maintain professional communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
• Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars

Pay

Competitive compensation package with an average total annual earnings range of $65,000–$88,000 for full-time therapists (based on 30 service hours/week).

• Base rate: $20–$25 per 50-minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission: $5–$9 per 50-minute massage
• Tips: Average 18–25% of nonmember price (typically $20–$30 per service, higher with upgrades)
