About the Role
We are actively seeking fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Wisconsin with experience in child, adolescent, or adult care. This is a 100% outpatient role with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. You’ll enjoy a strong work/life balance, flexible work schedules (full-time or part-time with 20+ hours/week), and hybrid models combining on-site and telehealth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $82,000 - $109,000 annually + sign-on bonus (full-time), with an uncapped earnings model based on productivity
