About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is a critical part of our clinical team, offering 100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting (both in-person and via telehealth).
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Pay
$82,000 – $109,000 annually + sign-on bonus (full-time). Compensation model based on productivity with unlimited/uncapped earnings.
