About the role
Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:
- Fully licensed in Michigan
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
Therapists at LifeStance Health provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services in an outpatient care setting. This includes:
- Delivering high quality behavioral healthcare
- Offering flexible work schedules
- Working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Participating in telemedicine and in-person therapy sessions
- Receiving yearly production incentive bonuses up to $8,000

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Be fully licensed in Michigan
- Have experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience with evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $114,000, with a compensation model based on productivity.
