Responsibilities
Therapists at LifeStance Health are responsible for:
- Providing evidence-based treatment to patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
- Adhering to all legal and ethical standards in patient care
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be fully licensed in Michigan
- Have experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Experience with telehealth platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
