About the Role
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) provides high-quality mental health care through telehealth or in-person settings. The role involves evaluating mental health conditions, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address diverse client needs.
Responsibilities
- Delivering client-centered therapy across various modalities, including individual, couples, and group sessions.
- Completing clinical documentation and maintaining accurate records per company protocols.
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to ensure ongoing professional development.
- Coordinating care with other providers, families, and community resources as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
- Unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice independently.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Pass a background check and demonstrate professional boundaries.
