About the Role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in the Yonkers, NY area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is an outpatient hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office and full-time hours (30+ hours per week), including 2 evenings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in a hybrid (in-person and remote) setting.
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).

Pay
Above-market compensation ranging from $72,000 to $110,000, based on a productivity model with a cash-based incentive plan.
