Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in accordance with evidence-based practices and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in mental health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to mental health care.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Minnesota as an LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC.
• Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital health technologies.
