Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

About the role

United Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. We are looking for a clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, committed to working with underserved patient populations, and motivated to contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Serving culturally diverse populations in modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment
• Participating in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
• Contributing to a culture emphasizing integrity, compassion, advocacy, respect, and excellence
• Offering coordinated patient care through a shared EMR system and other advanced technology

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required
• Licensed in California as an LMFT
• Three years minimum experience in clinic setting preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay

The salary wage range that UHC reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire starts at $93,000.00 a year plus bonus. Our competitive salaries are dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
