Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain licensure, NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
• Use a platform to credential with insurance plans quickly and start seeing covered clients.
• Manage practice operations with built-in EHR features, including scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated with ongoing resources.
• Support clients by facilitating insurance verification and access to affordable care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's level or higher licensed LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT (state-specific).
• Valid NPI and malpractice insurance.
• Proficiency in managing insurance credentialing, practice management, and compliance.
• Ability to grow a practice and serve diverse clients.
