Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Assess and diagnose emotional and behavioral conditions
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with facility staff and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using a user-friendly EHR system
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the relevant state
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with EHR
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to provide in-person care within a 45-minute radius
• Full vaccination (where required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
• Treating depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders
• Additional preference for psychologists or those with addiction experience
