Responsibilities

• Getting credentialed for insurance plans across multiple states quickly
• Staying compliant with regulations through ongoing resources and audit support
• Working with major insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
• Securing higher rates through a nationwide insurance network
• Managing practice operations with built-in EHR features like scheduling, messaging, and documentation
• Providing quality mental health services to clients with insured coverage
• Supporting clients in accessing affordable care and verifying insurance coverage efficiently

Qualifications And Skills

• Fully licensed at a Master's level or above with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure (state-dependent)
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance
• Ability to accept insurance and grow a private practice
• Proficiency with practice management tools and compliance requirements
• Commitment to professional development with access to free CEUs
