Responsibilities

• Aid clients by accepting insurance and expanding practice reach.
• Manage practice operations using built-in EHR features, including scheduling, messaging, documentation, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, leveraging audit support and ongoing resources.
• Build relationships with insurance plans like Medicare Advantage and Medicaid to increase client access and earnings.
• Provide quality care to clients, supporting increased access and affordability through insurance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully licensed Master's-level or higher LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT, with a valid NPI and malpractice insurance.
• Ready to launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance.
• Ability to navigate insurance credentialing and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
