Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accessing mental health services by accepting insurance.
• Manage practice operations using built-in EHR tools, including scheduling, documentation, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations with ongoing support and resources.
• Increase earnings through access to a nationwide insurance network and higher rate plans.
• Support clients with insurance verification and facilitate their care process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully licensed at Master’s level with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure (state-dependent).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Ability to grow or start a private practice, with a focus on insurance acceptance.
• Interest in professional development, including continuing education.
