Responsibilities

• Aid in launching or expanding a private practice by seamlessly accepting insurance through a free platform.
• Manage practice operations with built-in EHR features such as scheduling, messaging, documentation, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including audit support and ongoing resources.
• Work with a variety of insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, to increase client access.
• Secure higher insurance rates to boost earnings and receive predictable bi-weekly payments for stability.
• Support clients by verifying insurance coverage and facilitating access to affordable care.
• Participate in free continuing education to meet professional development and CEU requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fully licensed at a Master's level or above with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure (state-dependent).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Ability to launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management tools.
• Committed to compliance and professional development through ongoing education.
